If any of your personal data is inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated, you can request that we correct or update it immediately.
You can request deletion of your personal data ("Right to be Forgotten"). We will erase your data unless we are legally required to retain it for compliance purposes.
You can nominate another person to exercise your rights on your behalf in case of death or incapacity. This ensures your data rights are protected continuously.
If you believe your rights have been violated, you can file a grievance with our Data Protection Officer. We are legally obligated to respond within 30 days.
